More information is available in our Corrections Policy.

Property-Specific Repair Questions

HProb publishes general educational information but does not provide remote property inspections, engineering evaluations, contractor estimates, code approvals, or individualized repair instructions.

A photograph or written description may not reveal hidden damage, electrical hazards, structural movement, moisture inside walls, gas problems, refrigerant issues, or other property-specific risks.

Urgent Safety Concerns

Leave the affected area and contact an appropriate emergency service or qualified professional when you notice a gas odor, active fire, smoke, sparks, exposed energized wiring, major flooding, structural collapse, carbon-monoxide warnings, or another immediate danger.

Do not wait for a response from HProb before addressing an urgent safety situation.

Advertising and Partnerships

Commercial inquiries should clearly identify the company, website, product or service, proposed arrangement, and requested deliverables.

We do not accept arrangements that require hidden sponsorships, fabricated repair experiences, guaranteed positive coverage, misleading safety claims, or undisclosed editorial control.

Response Times

We aim to review legitimate messages as soon as reasonably possible. Response times may vary depending on message volume and the research required.

We may not respond to spam, repeated promotions, requests for free property inspections, or unrelated solicitations.
